Wellness
injections.

Focused nutrient support — delivered with precision.

Vivier's wellness injections offer a convenient way to receive select vitamins, minerals, or amino acids through a brief intramuscular injection. By bypassing the digestive tract, nutrients are delivered directly into muscle tissue, where they are gradually absorbed into circulation.

Wellness injections may be incorporated into a personalized plan to support energy metabolism, nutrient replenishment, antioxidant defenses, immune function, recovery, or overall vitality when clinically appropriate.

What each component is, what it is understood to support, and the typical charge. Which of these are appropriate for you — if any — is decided in consultation.

What it isPotential benefitsCommon candidatesTypical charge
B12MethylcobalaminA water-soluble vitamin required for red blood cell formation, DNA synthesis, and normal nerve function. The methylated form arrives in a state the body can use directly.
  • Supports normal energy metabolism
  • Supports red blood cell formation
  • Supports nerve function and myelin maintenance
  • May help where absorption from food or oral supplements is limited
Confirmed low B12, restricted or plant-based diets, malabsorption, long-term acid-suppressing or metformin therapy, older adults$50
B-ComplexA combination of the B vitamins, which act as cofactors across energy metabolism and normal nervous-system function.
  • Supports the conversion of food into cellular energy
  • Supports normal nervous-system function
  • Involved in red blood cell production
  • May support tolerance of periods of high physical or mental demand
Restricted diets, sustained stress or exertion, higher alcohol intake, confirmed low levels$50–$60
MagnesiumA mineral involved in several hundred enzymatic reactions, including muscle contraction, nerve signalling, blood-glucose regulation, and sleep architecture.
  • Supports normal muscle and nerve function
  • Involved in cellular energy production
  • Supports normal sleep patterns
  • May support recovery after exertion
Muscle cramping, poor sleep quality, high training load, confirmed low magnesium$50–$60
Vitamin D3 + K2A fat-soluble pair: D3 supports calcium absorption and immune regulation, while K2 is involved in directing calcium toward bone rather than soft tissue.
  • Supports bone health and normal calcium handling
  • Supports normal immune function
  • Involved in neuromuscular regulation
Confirmed low vitamin D, limited sun exposure, northern latitudes, bone-health concerns$50–$80
Vitamin CA water-soluble antioxidant involved in collagen formation, immune function, wound healing, and iron absorption. An injection delivers a standard dose — distinct from the high-dose intravenous protocol.
  • Immune support
  • Antioxidant protection against oxidative stress
  • Collagen synthesis for skin and connective tissue
  • Wound healing and tissue repair
Frequent illness, recovery, wound healing, increased oxidative stress$30–$60
Zinc + SeleniumTwo trace minerals acting as cofactors in immune function, thyroid hormone metabolism, and the body's own antioxidant enzyme systems.
  • Supports normal immune function
  • Involved in thyroid hormone metabolism
  • Supports antioxidant enzyme activity
  • Involved in wound healing and skin integrity
Confirmed low levels, frequent illness, restricted diets, recovery — both accumulate, so testing comes first$25–$50
GlutathioneOften called the body's “master antioxidant.” Produced naturally in the liver, it plays a major role in detoxification pathways and protection from oxidative damage.
  • Neutralizes free radicals
  • Supports liver detoxification pathways
  • Helps recycle other antioxidants (vitamin C & E)
  • Studied for skin clarity and tone
Oxidative stress, environmental exposures, recovery, skin-related goals$50–$80
ALAAlpha-Lipoic AcidAn antioxidant that works in both water- and fat-soluble compartments, involved in mitochondrial energy metabolism and in regenerating other antioxidants.
  • Antioxidant protection across both compartments
  • Involved in mitochondrial energy production
  • Being studied for glucose metabolism and nerve comfort
Metabolic health goals, oxidative stress, nerve-related complaints already under evaluation$50–$70
NAD⁺Nicotinamide Adenine DinucleotideA coenzyme found in every cell that is essential for mitochondrial energy production and cellular repair; levels decline with age. An injection delivers a smaller amount than an infusion.
  • Supports cellular energy production (ATP)
  • May support mental clarity
  • Supports cellular repair pathways
  • Being studied for neuroprotection and metabolic health
Fatigue, cognitive complaints, high stress, recovery and longevity-focused plans$50–$120
CoQ10UbiquinolA compound concentrated in the mitochondria of high-demand tissue such as heart and skeletal muscle, where it is required for energy production. Ubiquinol is its reduced, readily usable form.
  • Supports mitochondrial energy production
  • Antioxidant protection of cell membranes
  • Supports cardiovascular and muscular function
Fatigue, cardiovascular and muscular support goals, patients on statin therapy under clinical review$50–$90
L-CarnitineAn amino-acid derivative that transports fatty acids into the mitochondria to be used as fuel.
  • Involved in fat metabolism and energy production
  • Supports recovery after exercise
  • Being studied for endurance and body-composition goals
Athletes, body-composition and metabolic goals, fatigue already under evaluation$50–$70
Combination cocktailTwo or more of the above given in a single injection, where evaluation supports combining them.
  • One injection where more than one nutrient is indicated
  • Components chosen against your laboratory findings and goals
Decided in consultation — a combination is built for a person, not chosen from a list$60–$120+

Reference only. Charges are typical ranges shown for orientation, not a quote and not an offer of treatment — availability, combination, dose, and interval are determined by evaluation, and member pricing applies to eligible services. Several of these are compounded preparations that are not FDA-approved for the uses described, and some are supported by early or limited evidence. Potential benefits describe what a nutrient is understood to support in general — they are not outcomes promised to any individual. Where the goal is to replete a nutrient, laboratory confirmation comes before dosing.

Educational use only. This page describes categories of intramuscular nutrient support; it does not recommend a therapy, promise an outcome, or replace a medical evaluation. Nutrient injections are not FDA-approved for the general wellness uses described here, and they do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease. Candidacy, dose, and interval are determined by clinical screening — including laboratory confirmation before repleting a nutrient, allergy history, bleeding and anticoagulation risk, and medication interactions. Fatigue or a suspected deficiency can have an underlying medical cause that supplementation will mask rather than resolve, and should be evaluated first. Call 911 for emergencies.

WHY AN INJECTION

Why choose a wellness injection?

Wellness injections are ideal for individuals seeking targeted support without the time commitment of a full infusion.

THEY MAY OFFER:

  • 01A quick treatment that can be completed in minutes
  • 02A focused dose of a specific nutrient or nutrient combination
  • 03An option for individuals with difficulty absorbing certain oral nutrients
  • 04Gradual absorption from the muscle into circulation
  • 05Easy integration into an ongoing wellness or treatment plan
  • 06Convenient support between more comprehensive IV therapy sessions

Wellness Injection or IV Therapy?

I

The right choice depends on what your body needs and what you would like to accomplish.

Wellness injections provide targeted nutrient support in a small-volume, convenient treatment. They are especially useful when the goal is to deliver a specific vitamin, antioxidant, or amino acid without hydration.

IV therapy delivers fluids directly into the bloodstream and can accommodate hydration, electrolytes, and a broader combination of nutrients. It may be preferred when more comprehensive support or fluid replacement is appropriate.

Can They Be Used Together?

II

Yes — when clinically appropriate, wellness injections and IV therapy may be incorporated into the same broader care plan, because they can serve different purposes.

An IV infusion may be selected for hydration and comprehensive nutrient support, while an injection may provide more focused supplementation between infusions. Using both is not automatically better; recommendations are based on your health history, symptoms, laboratory findings, medications, and individual goals.
